Can eShiftLog be customized to meet our specific requirements?

Yes. The eShiftLog application employs a modern object-oriented architecture and so most modifications can be performed in a timely manner.  Please tell us what customization you require, we'll review it and tell you how long it would take and provide a quote for the customization.

Normally customization work is performed on a fixed bid contract basis and is invoiced in addition to the eShiftLog license charges.

What database does eShiftLog and STAIRS use?

eShiftLog and STAIRS ships as standard with the Microsoft MSDE database.  This is suitable for up to about 10 simultaneous eShiftLog users.  MSDE is a desktop version of the full Microsoft SQL-Server database.

This depends on the level of customization that is needed.  One of our consultants can install the standard version in a few days.  More time is typically  required for additional customization.  We suggest an average of three weeks for a full implementation.

What maintenance support is available?

To ensure that any issues that arise with eShiftLog are quickly and effectively resolved and to protect your investment in eShiftLog , an eShiftLog Support Agreement is offered as part of the overall package.
